Costina Cleaning Services was established in 2022, with a specific mission: to bring professional structure to the local cleaning market. While the company was founded in 2022, our operational standards are built on the owner’s seven years of prior industry experience. We started as a dedicated team serving Arlington homes, driven by the belief that reliability requires a stable workforce, not temporary contractors. By committing to a W-2 employee model from day one, we established a reputation for accountability that allowed us to expand. What started with residential cleaning has steadily grown to serve commercial offices across Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., maintaining the same hands-on attention to detail we had at our founding.
