Costina Cleaning Services was established in 2022 by owner Sham Zemichael, with a clear mission: to bring professional structure and dependable service to the local cleaning market. While the company was founded in 2022, its standards are built on Sham’s years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry beforehand. We started as a dedicated team serving Arlington homes, driven by the belief that reliability requires a stable workforce, not temporary contractors. By committing to a W-2 employee model from day one, we established a reputation for accountability that allowed us to grow. What began with residential cleaning has steadily expanded to serve commercial offices across Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. — maintaining the same hands-on attention to detail we had at our founding.
